One Community is looking for people with a medical background who are ready to step into a new way of living. We seek individuals who want to join our team of One Community Pioneers – people who are awake and aware and represent a highly diverse skill set including scientists, artists, healers, builders, teachers, and computer specialists – to create a successful new sustainable community model.
Experience and knowledge of acute care is preferred as our Pioneer Group is of above average health and the need for ongoing medical treatment or diagnosis would be rare.
We are looking for medical care specialists who want to be Community Pioneers.

HOW COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE COMPENSATED
● You will own a home you helped design and build after 18 months
● You accrue equal share of community revenue as distributed based by consensus
● Community Pioneers are provided food, utilities, and a place to live until your own home is built
● We are creating a model for living that will be duplicated and shared to help people around the world
● You will be a part of a constantly evolving environment founded on a philosophy of fulfilled living through freedom, art, music, family, personal growth, people doing and sharing what they love, collaboration, creativity, meaningful relationships, personal expression, and truly contributing to making a difference and helping others on a global scale
