WHY PARTNER WITH ONE COMMUNITY
We feel you should first and foremost partner with One Community because you desire to create with us for The Highest Good of All and see our shared ability to change the world together in a much more tangible way than has ever been done before. Everybody that is involved in this project is doing so for altruistic reasons, which is not to say we aren’t going to make a profit, but rather that none of us is personally trying to profit financially from what we are creating; choosing instead to funnel all revenues into expanding our model, outreach, and impact to create the future we all know is possible and necessary. Our entire non-profit organization and self-sufficient and self-propagating teacher/demonstration communities, villages, and cities strategy are founded on this concept so that rather than change the current paradigm, we can create and demonstrate something better, and make the old paradigm obsolete, creating a system so much better, so much more fulfilling, that it will spread on its own.
Equally valuable to our partners, as they are to us, are the foundations of how we are creating this new paradigm: comprehensive outreach program, an equally comprehensive expansion program, extensive marketing engine, and working demonstrations of comprehensive sustainability including physical, social, and entrepreneurial sustainability options.
COMPREHENSIVE OUTREACH PROGRAM
‣ Our open source sharing model is designed to reach out to the world community and provide everything a group needs to build their own sustainable community and establish sustainable sustainability. It will also establish us as a world leader in open sourcing and free-sharing sustainability content and resources within 6 months of moving onto the property
‣ 30% of community dedicated to visitors so we can showcase and educate the general public on the technologies and methodologies developed by us and our partners; we want people to visit and be surprised by what they learn and what is available, as well as visit specifically to see something they may have found on the internet and would like to have hands on experience with
‣ Scholarship program to train and expand the understanding of those already involved in sustainability in the most cutting-edge approaches and options available
‣ Designing an internet hub of resources and related information and services that broaden our reach and invitation into sectors that wouldn’t normally be exposed to these concepts and technologies. COMPREHENSIVE EXPANSION PROGRAM
‣ Prototype sustainable cooperative for duplication around the world with detailed plans, on-going education and training programs for next generation teacher/demonstration community, village, and city directors, and partnerships created at each step to reduce costs and speed creation of next generation self-sustainable and self-replicating teacher/demonstration communities, villages, and cities everywhere
‣ Multiple models for engaging surrounding traditional communities and inviting them and the rest of the world into sustainable lifestyle practices by making them more cost effective and convenient models that can be duplicated anywhere in the world to help spread self-sufficiency, for The Highest Good of All thinking, and sovereignism
COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO SUSTAINABILITY
‣ A city plan to build 7 Sustainable Pod village prototypes each with a different eco-sustainable technique and different sustainable materials (See Pods Page)
‣ A commitment to showcase more cutting-edge technologies and methodologies than any other existing eco-collaborative as part of our learning process, for The Highest Good of All Culture, and purpose to create maximally duplicable and self-replicating teacher/demonstration communities, villages, and cities
‣ A commitment to demonstrate an equally diverse selection of social and entrepreneurial models through our educational program and partnerships, non-profit sponsoring of like-minded individual businesses, recreational offerings, and community social structure celebrating people living and sharing what they are most passionate about with each other, the world (part of the outreach program), and visitors
